Wash face thoroughly to remove any make-up, cream or lotion. Wet nose, as the strip will not adhere if the nose is dry. Dry hands and peel off the strip from the plastic liner. Apply shiny side of strip to nose. Smooth edges of strip to ensure maximum coverage. Let dry for 10 to 15 minutes or until strip hardens. Beginning from one edge, peel strips from nose. If the strip adheres too strongly, wet it for easier removal. Do not use more than once every three days. Avoid use on sunburned, blemished, or sensitive skin.
