We have a 30-day return policy on all unused and unopened products. All returns and refunds will minus the shipping cost. We cannot absorb the shipping cost because we are not a billion dollar company, we try our best to keep the prices low and that means we give every customers the best discount possible. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Leave a print out of the receipt or proof of purchase inside the return and write the order number on the outside of the box.

To start a return, contact us at support@skincaremarket.net. If your return is accepted, go to your local USPS and send us the tracking number in email WITH the Order #. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You must leave a paper receipt with the order number inside the box and send the tracking number of the return to support@skincaremarket.net

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Monthly Subscriptions
When cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time at support@skincaremarket.net; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund if you received the physical product before you cancelled the subscription. If you are enrolled in an active subscription and do not want to get charged for a new subscription order, you must cancel your subscription before its scheduled renewal date. Cancelling your subscription after a renewal order has been created for you does not automatically undo the order’s creation.
