At Skincare Market, Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 15-Day Return Warranty from the date of purchase. Please review the guidelines below to determine how your return will be processed.

1. Return Categories

Returns Due to Our Error

If Skincare Market is responsible for an issue (e.g., shipping the wrong item or a defective product):

We will authorize a return to our warehouse for a full refund of the product price or a replacement.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship the exchange.

Note: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Standard Returns & Exchanges

If you ordered the incorrect product or have changed your mind:

Returns are accepted within the 15-day window provided the items are undamaged, unopened, and in resalable condition.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.

2. Important Return Requirements

To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please adhere to the following:

RMA Requirement: All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service team. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Returns sent without an RMA form will not be accepted.

Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original, unmodified packaging.

Condition: Items must be in brand-new, resalable condition to qualify for a refund.

3. Address Verification & Shipping Liability

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of checkout.

Inaccurate Information: Skincare Market, Inc. is not liable for failed deliveries, returned packages, or automatic address corrections resulting from incorrect data entry.

Carrier Fees: Any fees associated with address corrections, refusals, or package forwarding (including standard carrier surcharges, such as the FedEx $15 Additional Handling Fee) will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting support@skincaremarket.net.

Effective Date: Cancellations become effective at the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy: Refunds are not issued for physical products already received or processed before the cancellation request.

Renewal Orders: To avoid being charged for a new cycle, you must cancel before your scheduled renewal date. Cancelling after a renewal order has been generated does not automatically void that specific shipment.
