This calming, oil-free formula gently hydrates and refreshes skin after cleansing without making it feel dry or tight. Hydrates and conditions skin with a blend of plant and Algae extracts. Contains a blend of Arnica Montana Extract, Grape Seed and Vitamin K. Restores skin to its optimum pH level.

Instructions
After cleansing, saturate a cotton pad with toner. Gently swipe across face or only on those areas desired. Use twice daily, morning and evening, for best results.
