Ideal for use after the shower and post-workout.

Cleanse skin thoroughly before applying product. Hold the spray about a foot and a half away from your body and spray onto clean, dry skin. Allow product to dry for 30 - 60 seconds before getting dressed. Use AM and / or PM.
