I contacted about a missing package multiple times. I checked my junk mail and still had no messages from this company. I finally heard back about a replacement being sent although I asked for a refund. I am out of the country having someone get my mail and was told I could return this new package for a refund so I contacted for a label after emailing multiple times again. This was their response. Just very unprofessional

• SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2 (1.6 oz / 48 ml)
• SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic (1 oz / 30 ml)
However, upon receiving my package, I discovered that the SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic bottle was completely empty, with no solution inside. I paid $323.27 for this order. I am completely shocked by the fraud, never I encountered such a scam. Do business at your own risk with Skincare market

I’ve ordered here several times with great results. I must comment on my recent order placed just when fires started in LA area. Shipping taking longer than usual so I called. Jason was very helpful and explained all including evacuation for a day or so during the fires! He told me when my order would ship and anticipated delivery date. He was 100% accurate!
